I got
a full-size of Schwarzkopf Professional OSIS+ Rough Rubber paste in the mail
from Influenster for free to test and review a couple of weeks ago.
When I first received the Rough Rubber, I was a
little confused as to how I could use a product
like this with my hair length and style. Luckily, I came across some Schwarzkopf
blog posts on Tumbler and Twitter and they suggested three methods for use:

First, using it on the ends of my hair scrunching it while it’s
dry to achieve the “slightly beachy,
mostly sexy” waves that are super popular right now.

Second,
heating Rough Rubber by rubbing it between my palms until the consistency is
thinner, then gently apply it just at the ends of the hair for a piece-y, messy
hair / don’t care style.
·
Third, rubbing Rough Rubber between your palms
to heat and thin the product. Massage Rough Rubber on your root area working
from underneath your hair to build big, textured volume.
My favorite method
however, is applying Rough Rubber to my entire hair after my shower while my
hair is still damp, letting it air dry and curl the ends. The result is piecey, beachy looking curls
with lots of volume. I would have
never have picked up this product on my own but now that I have I’m in love. My
only complaint about this product is the smell; I did not really care for it
and unfortunately the scent lingers until you wash it off. Nonetheless, I will
purchase this product after I run out of my sample.
